Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BrainOS·PFC ("we", "us", or "the interface") handles information in connection with the prefrontal cortex monitoring suite. We are committed to treating neural and personal data with the highest standard of care.

BrainOS·PFC is currently a demonstration interface driven entirely by simulated telemetry. No real neural signals, biomarkers, or personal health information are collected, transmitted, or stored by this demonstration.

In a production deployment, the suite is designed to process the following categories of data locally on the operator device unless explicitly configured otherwise:

• Neural telemetry — EEG waveforms and channel data from prefrontal electrodes.
• Neurochemical biomarkers — modeled marker levels and reference-band comparisons.
• Cognitive metrics — derived focus, coherence, load and executive-function scores.
• Session metadata — operating mode, uptime, and protection state.

Data is used solely to render real-time monitoring, compute cognitive and biomarker analytics, and drive the adaptive cortex protection layer. We do not sell neural data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Neural data is among the most sensitive categories of personal information. Where real signals are processed, the suite is designed to keep raw neural data on-device, apply encryption in transit and at rest, and minimize any data that leaves the local environment.

Operators retain control over acquisition: monitoring can be paused at any time, and no session is retained without explicit consent.

We do not share neural or personal data with third parties except where required by law, necessary to protect safety, or with the explicit, informed consent of the individual being monitored.

Simulated telemetry in this demonstration is ephemeral and exists only in memory during your session. In production, retention periods are configurable and default to the minimum necessary to provide the service.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal and neural data associated with you.
• Request correction or deletion of that data.
• Withdraw consent to monitoring at any time.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

We employ technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of neural data, including encryption, access controls and continuous integrity monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date below, and continued use of the interface constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
